My Terms

• 1. Payment & Posting Payment: 50% upfront. The remaining 50% is due before the final video is delivered to the brand for posting. Content posting: I retain posting rights until full payment is received. Content will only go live once all payments are cleared. Late payments: Payments delayed beyond 10 business days from the agreed date will incur a 5% fee. Payments delayed beyond 20 business days will incur a 10% fee. 2. Collaboration Scope Turnaround time: Typically 5–10 business days after receiving the product and campaign brief. Barter collaborations: Product-only or barter deals are not accepted. Additional hooks/versions: Charged at $50 each. Rush requests: Deliverables under 72 hours may include an expedite fee. Revisions: One round of minor edits (text, captions, or audio timing) is included; major reshoots or new creative directions may incur additional fees. 3. Content Use & Rights Usage rights: Paid ads, whitelisting, boosted posts, or repurposing must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional fees. Platform restriction: Content created for one platform (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) cannot be cross-posted without prior agreement; cross-posting may incur an additional fee. Credit and tagging: Must be clearly stated in the brief; any reposts or paid use of content require written approval. 4. Campaign Cancellation & Alignment Campaign cancellation: If a campaign is cancelled after content creation has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable. Brand alignment: Collaborations are only accepted with brands whose products and values align with my content and audience.
