About me

I'm 36 years of age, a British expat to Canada, living in Ottawa.
I love featuring local restaurants and small businesses, as well as my own recipes and creations; using brands I feel my followers will resonate with.
I'm vegetarian, but tend to cook and share a lot of plant based food too, with the view to going fully plant based in 2025.
